The coils in my oven have been replaced, so it heats much more evenly. Since I’m able to get the leaks drier without them browning nearly as much, they can be ground more finely and the resulting powder doesn’t have the same tea-y/raisin-y smell that the old batch (left) has. It’s a night-‘n-day difference. The new stuff (right) is so green it almost looks like matcha.
