i personally think it’s about scott and her masters because of what she’s saying in the song about someone attending a funeral and being haunted by what they’ve done.
specifically the lyric “stolen lullabies” is about how taylor’s song will always haunt scott in the middle of the night. “anywhere i want, just not home” is about taylor knowing she can go to any label she wants but not big machine (home). “i didn’t have it in myself to go with grace” is about how taylor immediately retaliated when scott borchetta sold her masters to scooter braun. “look at how my tears ricochet” is about how taylor will use her anger as a weapon now (maybe a reference to “teardrops on my guitar” too)
