This Sacral Chakra Smoothie is designed to balance and nourish your sacral chakra, associated with creativity and emotional well-being. It's a delicious blend of orange, carrot, sweet potato, and warming spices.
Ingredients: 1 ripe orange, peeled and segmented. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped. 1 small sweet potato, cooked and cooled. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/2 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Mix everything together in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. You can add honey or maple syrup to make it sweeter if you want to. You can add ice cubes and blend the smoothie again until it's smooth if you'd like it colder. Put it in a glass, add a cinnamon stick or a slice of orange on top, and serve right away.
