Our Spicy Sriracha Fusion Burger combines a lot of different tastes. The heat of Sriracha and the richness of pepper jack cheese make this burger a real treat for the taste buds.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 brioche buns. 4 slices pepper jack cheese. 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup arugula. 4 slices ripe tomato. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise to create a spicy Sriracha mayo. Grill the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty to melt. Lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill. Spread the spicy Sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a burger patty on each bun, followed by a slice of ripe tomato, red onion slices, and a handful of arugula. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy your Spicy Sriracha Fusion Burger!
