Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can diced green chilies. 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish. Juice of 1 lime, for garnish. Sliced avocado, for garnish.
