Jalapeno Cheese Rounds with Spicy Yogurt Dip These crispy jalapeno cheese rounds are the perfect appetizer, paired with a zesty spicy yogurt dip. They're sure to impress at any gathering! Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yoghurt 2 tbsp sriracha sauce 1 tsp paprika 1 clove garlic Salt Freshly ground black pepper For the Cheese Rounds 3 large fresh jalapeno chillies 2 cups extra tasty cheddar, grated 1 cup parmesan, grated Directions Start by preparing the Spicy Yogurt Dip. In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce, paprika, and garlic. Blitz until smooth, then taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Refrigerate this dip until youre ready to serve. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F). Line two baking trays or cookie sheets with baking paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar and parmesan cheese, and set the mixture aside. Wearing gloves, trim the ends of the jalapenos, then carefully remove the seeds with a sharp knife. Slice the jalapenos into thin rings. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the cheese mixture and shape them into rough rounds on the prepared baking trays, making sure to leave some space between each round as they will spread while baking. Place a slice of jalapeno in the center of each cheese round. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese rounds are nicely browned. Once baked, remove the rounds from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the tray. Use a spatula to carefully transfer them to a serving plate.
