Spicy Tuna Spaghetti is a quick and tasty pasta dish made with soft spaghetti and a spicy tuna sauce. When you're busy during the week and need a quick and easy meal, this recipe is perfect.
Ingredients: 200g spaghetti. 1 can 170g tuna in olive oil, drained. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small red chili, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Salt and black pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chili, saut until fragrant. Add drained tuna to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the tuna mixture. If it seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in chopped parsley. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
