This is Spider-Pan their real name is Ben Peterson
Age 22

On their way to work in Minnesota they were hit by a car and woke up weeks later in a hospital in New York with almost no memories of who they were, scared and confused they ran away they later found out that the hospital was owned by Norman Osborne where they ran tests to make them into a spider soldier to use against Spider-Man. Desperate for answers and only a wallet with clues they tried to piece together who they were until on day they stopped an armed mugging and caught the attention of the Spider-Man who took Ben under his wing. Ben decided that it didn't matter who they used to be but some day they will remember so he went home to Minnesota where he became the marvelous Spider-Pan, and they have made friends along the way
