A great start to the day :(

Well switching three times overnight and waking up hallucinating isn’t the best 😣

I woke up lying in bed feeling the spiders crawling over my feet and up my legs. Was really panicking obviously, my partner had to calm me down.

Taking PRN anti psychotics and 4 diazepam before even getting out of bed is not the best start to the day.. 😓
