“I am Groot.” Yes, indeed, he was absolutely sure about it. Not only that but Groot also was more than sure that this woman has absolutely no idea who she was talking to.
After all, he was a Guardian of the Galaxy!
“I am Groot!” Not even the tiny sapling was sure whether he wanted to scare her away, or to impress her with his little yell and his arms raised up high.
"Where did you put the digestives? I thought I'd left them under the seat."
I don’t bring snacks on a mission.
Mission targets are my snacks.
Figure it out yourself.
"Eat your sandwich."
For a while Moira stared down at the sandwich that had been provided. She looked so very uninterested and when she finally looked at Sombra, she squints her eyes in a condescending manner.
“What are you on about, Sombra?” She doesn’t trust her. Not with anything and especially not with her food. Sure, it was nice to her to give her something to eat, but there had to be more to this simple dish.
“Did you put something in this? Here.” Her long fingers pluck up a piece of the bread before offering it to the hacker. “You take a bite first.”

Tension kept Angela’s shoulders rigid, her mouth drawn in a hard line. The hacker was mortally wounded, there was no denying that, and her choices were either heal her--regardless of any cardiac event that may occur--or let her die. Grimly she thought that death from myocardial infarction would be better than the agony she was fated to if left alone. Where the fuck were the Talon medics, she growled to herself. “Breathe for me. In, hold it, and out. With me. In, hold it, and out.” She didn’t particularly expect her impromptu patient to do it, she was almost certainly in too much pain, but even just talking to her could help alleviate some of the fear and stress of the situation. Fortunately, her tech was made to work quickly, and in the span of only seconds her flesh was whole again. “Good.” Angela moved her hands to examine the skin of her abdomen. No trace remained of her brush with death save for the blood that still clung to her. “Anywhere else?”
“I don’t want to be alone.”
“I’m here, kid.” Jesse sighed as he settled back down, moving to pull Sombra against him and stroke her hair. “You wanna talk about it?”

Reinhardt leant against a thick tree, blood pooling between his fingers, a horrid hole in his side from where he was gored by the beast he hunted. Said beast lay behind the tree, dead, but in it’s final throes, it had gotten him. He could feel strength waning, and slid down the tree, sitting on the ground, head tilted back.
An appropriate way for a monster hunter to die

The results of her test were noticeable. Sombra peered at the seemingly rejuvenated soul, only rocking back onto her heels when she was addressed again.
“What’s that for?”
She’d seen of course, the mist Moira used on the battlefield. Even once, felt by accident, the painful violet pull of whatever it was she kept in her other hand. She’d made a note not to get in her way after that.
As much as Moira disliked Sombra’s mannerisms and hated interruptions, she could forgive all wrongdoings upon genuine interest in her work.
“That, dear, is for you when you find yourself riddled with bullets or poisoned because you were foolish enough to overestimate yourself.” As if to prove a point, Moira sent a small burst of yellow vapour in Sombra’s direction. Admittedly, it hadn’t gone through enough testing to be completely sure of its safety, but at that miniscule exposure, it wouldn’t cause anything more than a pleasant tingling, if that.
