a really silly, really ridiculous collection of thoughts of emo wanda maximoff with spider-hero reader? i know it looks self-indulgent but i promise it’s for everyone. there is also another wanda fic in progress because i have a duty.

spends time with you at the lab when you are working on your web-shooters. sometimes she would even offer to help. though she does have to drag you out for sunlight or food when you are stuck in there for too long.

just like her powers, yours were new. you were still navigating through them and it felt odd, confusing. it was the same for her. she knows what the public opinion thinks of her, knows that they fear her. in those moments you would comfort the other with soft words and care, doing anything you can.

constantly reminds you to be careful and to let her know when you are going out on your patrols and when you will return home. of course she knows you are fully capable of handling yourself, but after losing everyone she needs this one reassurance. so it is an instruction that you duly follow.

you have her guitar pick as your necklace, she has your initials in a personalised bracelet. it is a sweet public statement but if she wants to get a bit bolder, she will cover your face with her lipstick, not letting you wipe it off as she leaves you flustered and buzzed with pure love.

date nights on rooftops, in your apartment if you are not an avenger, in your shared room if you are. lowkey dates are better than the extravagant ones you always want to try out. do not get her wrong, she appreciates the effort but the safety of your home and you is more than enough.

she will never admit it but she loves the way you look in your suit. especially without your mask. or when you would wear a pair of joggers underneath. how could she look away?

you lose any ability to speak when she would wear knee socks. you try to act like you were not that affected but your thoughts were loud. of course she never read your mind without your permission but the clear of your throat and the wander of your eyes said what was unspoken.

she wonders if you realise how actually strong you are. you carry heavy things like they are nothing, like it was normal for you. it does makes her ask herself what else your strength is capable of. or what might happen if ever you were to lose control in intimate moments. just a fleeting thought.

when she is practicing her magic you would stare, completely in awe at the manner her fingers moves so elegantly. puts on a little bit of a show for you when she catches you, loving how shy you get afterwards.

your humour pairs up well. witty comments and sarcastic replies are practically your love language. but also touches and kisses. it is a greater reassurance than anything.

wanda is nurturing and affectionate by nature. after having been alone for the better part of her life and finally meeting you as a reprieve, it felt like she had a chance at peace again. so it is not really a surprise that she has a list of baby names and dreams about the combination of your last names. when the time is right she will discuss having a family with you. for now, she is perfectly content with having you.

overall, emo wanda lives in our minds and she deserves nothing but the best. this will be developed into a fic of course.
