As a teacher he really shouldn’t have ‘favorites’ when it came to his students. But he did, Peter Parker. He was… An amazing kid. Smart, sweet… And Clint might like him a little too much. So much so that the day before when he had seen peter’s notebook left behind instead of just taking it to give back to his student the next day he invaded his students privacy and looked inside.

He was shocked to see what was inside. Pictures of him.  Some perfectly innocent and others… much less so. If it was any student but Peter he would have given the notebook back and ignored it but… For some reason he knew he had to talk to Peter.

Which is why when class ended and the students began to leave he said “Peter, stay back for a minute please?”

      The day had been stressful enough, and it       showed. Eyes closer to green than brown, his       mouth written into a half scowl. He’d nearly        been lit on fire by Tony and had his data lost       on his personal computer. Teeth grinding as       he touched on the screens, he didn’t turn to        see who had opened the door. 

      “Either stay quiet or get out.”

      His attitude was out of character, but his       anxiety wasn’t something he knew how to        rid himself of.
