What a beautiful matcha! They have two different varieties (That’s a first!) to choose from, both having brand name listed and different flavor notes described on the menu. I opted for the grassier, ‘pea-shoot-like’ matcha and enjoyed the softness and smoothness of it. Gorgeous coloration and fresh taste. The texture was juuuust barely gritty for my tastes, but you may disagree. The prep was done well with a hand whisk. Not very acidic either which I enjoy! If you’re going out with coffee-enthusiast friends and want a place with high quality offerings of both matcha and coffee (plus gf pastries) this is the place. I like the transparency about sourcing and brand, variety of options, and quality of prep.
