I was SCREAMING while watching this vlog.

Hi, I'm brazilian and I have an argentinian friend and she was ALL OVER SP's vlog and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

SP VLOG in Argentina, obviously.

You can see Pierre in the background picking up her present! And another bag of her present is there too!

Vlog from their visit to Argentina, my country, and I am on the video. At 0.45 :) Pierre did high five me, but it is cut from the video. whatever, I loved it!! The vlog is amazing and reflects all the happiness I lived during the three days they were here.

The show was amazing and from where I was, I wasn't able to realize how many people were there, or that they were so energic :) now I can see it and it's amazing, i'm so proud of all Argentinian Astronauts who've proved the guys that we love them and have made possible that they may won't  take so long to come back 'cause now they know we love them.

I'm so happy.

Celebrating the 5th aniversary of When I'm Gone by posting a video of Simple Plan performing this song in Argentina, on October 20th, recorded by me. 

From that day, this song has a totally different meaning to me. Now it is on the list of songs of my favorite band I heard live  so now it's not the same, it's better.

THE BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE.

MY DREAM WEEKEND.

Where can I start? It's difficult to tell all the story 'cause I still can't believe it, I still think it was all a dream. Indeed, it was. It was a dream came true.

They were coming back to Argentina after 7 years. It almost seemed impossible just 2 years ago. But they kept their promise and they came back.

DAY 1: The Arrival.

I went to the aiport on Friday October 19th at 12 PM and wait like 6 hours to finally meet them. The wait was so much fun, with all the others fans who were in the same situation as me. :)

We saw the plane was landed at 5.38 PM but they didn't came out until 6.30 PM. Then they came out and was the start of my best weekend, it was the start of my dream came true.

I was able to take a picture only with Seb and Chuck, but I could see all of them very close. Also could get my SNGA cd signed by Jeff, Seb and Chuck. They are so nice. I knew they were kind with the fans but they overcame my expectations (which were the highest) but they are so much better that what I think, in every single way.

Then I went to my hotel, where I was staying during their visit to Buenos Aires, because I'm from other city. So, I decided to be close to them now that they were in my country, so I stayed at an hotel. 

DAY 2: The Show.

The second day, Saturday Octubre 20th, I woke up, have breakfast and went out and tried to found out in which hotel they were staying. We (my friend and I) went to 3 hotels but we were not sure about anything so, we wait two hours and didn't get anything, so we decided to go to the stadium. I had to be there before 4.30 PM for Soundcheck Party.

We got there and it was still early so we had to wait a couple of hours but was so much fun because we met some awesome people :) people from all over the country and also some hardcore fans who had to travel from other country (Uruguay).

When it was time to Soundcheck Party I still couldn't believe it, and I think I've never got to understand what's going on. My biggest dream was going to be real.  

Then we entered and everything was perfect. EVERYTHING.

They kept confirming me that they are the best, that I couldn't be more right when I chose them (or they chose me, or fate chose them, i don't know) to be my favorite band. THEY ARE AMAZING.

This one it's my favorite from Soundcheck Party. I asked Pierre to say hi to a friend who coulnd't pay for SP Crew Membership and he did, and it's so cute. And I love it because it shows the time where he asks me "to who" because he didn't understand my friend's name and I tell him "Maite", and he repeats: "Maite?" I was talking to Pierre. So surreal.

They signed my bad, the one that I used in every show I went to during these last 6 years, always waiting to use it in the one I was waiting for, because whenever I went to a show, I always thoguht of SP, of how would bee see them live, and finally they signed it and now it's my treasure.

Then we went out and wait until the Early Entry and I got to be on front row (it was my first show in front row). I was on Jeff's and David's side :D 

The show began and was the best feeling I could ask for. The best. I screamed so much, to let all my feelings out and to not let them press my chest. It was the best feeling. So good. I want to come back to that moment so bad.

IT WAS AMAZING. EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF AND MORE. THEY OVERCAME MY EXPECTATION BY FAR. THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE. THEY WERE EVERYTHING I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE, BUT BETTER. 

What am I gonna wait for now? I was so used to wait for them, and now? I guess I will wait for them to come back, but it's such a strange feeling. Always wishing the same thing over the 7 years and now all has changes. It feels stange. VERY.

When we came out of the stadium we had already found out in which hotel they were staying so we went directly there. When we went out of the car, at the hotel entrance, we saw a group of fans, and we thought "there are fans already waiting" and when we got closer we saw David talking to them and one of them told us Pierre told them he was going tohis room and then would come out to say hi. And he did. My friend took a picture with him and asked him if he could answer (if he could, and want to) when were they leaving, and he asked her: "Here or the plane?", my friend said: "both, if possible" and he answered: "I think at noon here".

I still can't believe it, he not only came out like he said, but also give us the options (hotel or plane) and he answered. THEY ARE UNBELIEVEBLE. THEY ARE UNIQUE, really. 

DAY 3: The Goodbye.

The next day, Sunday October 21st, we went to the hotel to wait for them and they came out at noon, like Pierre said. We kept ourselfs calms and they sign and take pictures almost with everyone, because they were late fot their flight. 

I was able to thank Seb fot the show and tell him it was amazing. And he said "thank YOU for coming" are you kidding? I waited for it 7 years, thank you for coming back. (i didn't tell him that) haha. But I was so happy the world came out and I was able to thank him for the amazing show. Then he stayed talking with some fans and tell them "See you SOON... not seven years, less than seven years. now that we know we have a lot of fans we can come back, so as soon as we have a new album we'll figure it out". They were running out of time so Chuck told us to take group pictures and I'm here in one of those :) He wanted to meet all of us, but they were late. so cute.

So sad but happy at the same time, 'cause they were leaving but I had lived the best weekend of my life. I met them 4 time, not counting the show. Almost every time they met fans, I was there: at the airport, at the soundcheck, at the hotel after the show, at the hotel when they were leaving. It was the PERFECT weekend. Much better than what I expected. I didn't expected to have so many opportunities, but that was possible because of them, because they care about us so much. 

I couldn't have picked a better band to love.

Eternally grateful. For these 7 years of loving you and admiring you and for this weekend where you confirmed me everything i've always admired of you.

I'm pretty sad but you know, I really think I'm not going because it's really not a good time for me and I have a lot to study so I just stay positive and think "I'm study to get a college degree to get a good job to get a money and someday I'll do whatever I want with it and I could get into the sp crew and meet them and I'll be so happy"

so yeah
