Headcanons o'clock! I personally think that by the end of the Five Years, Liu Qingge's healing speed/capacity might be outright unsettling to most people. He doesn't heal as well as LBH because nobody heals as well as him, but he heals like no other human cultivator does. He heals like most demons don't even heal. Because he had to.

Because he kept going back.

Because he didn't have the patience to wait.

Because every day he spent healing was a day he wasn't fighting for SQQ.

So he got better at it, and he kept getting better at it. Year by year, getting harder to put down, and harder to keep down. Doing it so much that the necessary qi circulation to heal himself becomes unconscious habit that doesn't take any of his focus in a battle.

It doesn't stop just because he isn't fighting LBH anymore. He's taught it to his body so deeply that he isn't even sure he knows how to stop anymore. He gets a stupid little papercut filling out requisition forms and it's already gone by the time he checks if it bled.
