So what defines a good cup of kopi? We say it’s one that kick starts your morning, gives you the boost in the afternoons, and most probably partake in many long conversations between you and your family and friends. So nostalgic at the thought of it!
It tastes different! Of course! This is because kopi (available in many traditional coffeeshops) are brewed from robusta beans, while gourmet coffee (like those sold in Spinelli) are brewed using Arabica beans. What about us at The Brewing Kakis? Well, we took our initiative by choosing the healthier version for you. (Note: we tried not to compromise on the taste of local coffee that most of us are more familiar with.)
Type of Beans & Our Very Own Blend: We have specially blended our own local coffee blend, using only the good-old-arabica beans that is healthier, has lesser caffeine content, and does not leave a long lingering taste in our tongue palette. Don’t believe? Go try it and you will know what we meant.
