And Peridot for the multishipper challenge??

Aww, here we go! A very easy one! 

While Steven will always be #1 for Peridot as far as I’m concerned, I’m open to shipping her with quite a few others.

I ship Peridot with Spinel even though they’ve had zero interaction so far. Still waiting for the day they actually do interact, but every time I imagine it, priceless things happen. 

I also really like pairing her with Garnet for some odd reason. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve written a lot of them interacting together, or if I just really find it adorable that Peridot went from seeing Garnet as sacrilege incarnate to basically idolizing her. 

By extension, I also like Ruby/Peridot and Sapphire/Peridot because those are interactions that just make me smile so hard when I think of them.

I like the concept of Pearl/Peridot, mostly as a rivalry-based ship. Peri basically being the Gary to Pearl’s Ash Ketchum.

And I like Bismuth/Peridot as well. Mostly they’d just go very well together and I believe Bismuth would actually treat her right.

And that’s pretty much who all I ship Peridot with. Yep, there are two very notable absences most will notice right away, and that’s because I actively don’t ship either of those.

I finally made a 1k post?!

Glad to know I’m not the only one who’s wanting Peridot+Spinel shenanigans! 

I actually do want to celebrate this by drawing a pic that is exactly this (since pretty much all Spinel art has been with Steven, the Diamonds, or Pink Pearl). Only problem is, it might be too big a task for me to make. But I’ll share my idea, at least. Because you all deserve it. I’ll reblog the actual post if I do end up making this concept.

Concept: Peridot and and Spinel doing stupid shit together

Peridot and Spinel play Frogger out in traffic. 

Only Spinel can easily cheat using her limbs to cross the highway...

... and Peridot can cheese it by using her metal powers to just fling away the cars.

My biggest hurdle drawing this?

I can’t draw cars for shit.
