Addendum to my last post! Here's some more information about the stuff I made up for the StP AU (by @speedytheporcupineaucorner (and @eggsbenedictinurmom )) I didn't make it a reblog because the original was already long enough as is. If there are still questions you have, feel free to ask!
- I forgot to give credits in my last post, so here they are! Credits to @saddowthehodgeheg for letting me yoink some ideas from his NU rewrite for Ironia, and credits to @thecrazypurplebiscuit for inspo I used in Thornie's design.
- The in-universe equivalent of "demonization" is called "damnation" instead. (Yes, I know that sounds logistically confusing when referring to people.) The series differenciates between the process and the supernatural entities by the spelling - "damned" is a killed-and-revived mortal, "Damned" is a separate category of beings. Because of this, the series avoids using the word "damn" in its usual meanings, opting to use other words (swears included) instead.
- Because Mr. Benedict is the only victim in the original Speedy.yan creepypasta (and thus in Start of Apocalypse too), Cooper and Fists get damned in Delayed Apocalypse instead.
- Cooper doesn't get an Inner Tails equivalent, but if he did, they'd be called "Id" (like the psychology concept, not to be confused with my unrelated Sonic OC who has that name).
- The main cast barely get their designs changed, both when alive and damned, that's why I haven't drawn them.
- The simulations don't exist in AD.
- Syne-Life doesn't possess Speedy in this AU (seeing as him and Ironia are meant to be parallers to Mr. Benedict and Himiko, that'd be pretty weird), but they do still intervene with the plot.
- Speedy is spared from canonically having an emotional parasite, mostly because he seems like too mentally stable of a guy for that.
- Yantoria is the only one of the .YAN cast who actually uses walking as the primary means of movement. Netrealty and Malicle prefer to hover above the ground (although, in Malicle's case, she only hovers, her legs are pretty atrophied because of that) and Ironia just straight up teleports.
- Steel getting unacknowledged by the plot is mostly an AD and AD-adjacent projects thing. Most other .yan fangames featuring more of the cast don't ignore him like that.
- Now for the best part, some additional designs!
Rotten Peaches - The version of Peaches from Ironia's domain. Once a kind and innocent soul, she changed when the Damned invaded her world. Young and easily impressionable, she took on some of Ironia's worldview, to the very obvious dismay of pretty much everyone else besides Ironia. Despite that, though, she continues to stay on somewhat good terms with Thornie, possibly because she's the only other person left aside from her. Her strange appearance comes from the fact she was once a bit too close during one of Ironia's outbursts, killing her on the spot, and later got damned back to life by Ironia herself (fun fact: this is the only time Ironia has damned someone and also the only time she felt remotely any guilt for killing someone). It's also how she got her nickname, aside from her abrasive personality (that, and keeping it as "Ironia's Peaches" sounded ass).
Thornie Blossom - The version of Holly from Ironia's domain. Unlike Peaches, her personality hasn't really shifted by much. She feels bad for letting her friends end up like this (to be fair, though, she's not exactly able to do anything about it) and carries resentment towards the Damned that caused it. She doesn't exactly hate Ironia, however. Her outlook can be more accurately be described as "disdainful pity", continuing to hang around due to knowing she's the closest to a proper support system Ironia has. While the crystalized ichor in her left eye came from the same incident that initially left Peaches dead, the right eye isn't due to any external injuries. Thornie just hasn't slept in a while.
Absidy - One of Malicle's experiments. While created as an attempt to create the "perfect soulmate", whatever that means, she was later considered a failure by her creator and taken in by Yantoria, who treated Absidy like all of the other mortals under her care. Absidy's personality shifts between "bold and playful", "hot-headed and energetic" and "kind and timid", seemingly as a side effect of being composed of three different bodies. She's a prominent character in Delayed Apocalypse, though she ends up dead by the end of it as a result of an attack by the Highests. Malicle offered to "make another", but Yantoria refused, as it wouldn't be the same person (and would also be extremely inhumane).
Meringue the Jakalope - Netrealty's most cherished (and only) "resident" of Lotus Paradise. She's sassy and energetic, initially appearing as somewhat of a jerk. Deep down, though, she has a heart of gold. Her quips and insults aren't malicious - she just hasn't socialized for several years and doesn't know how to do it. Not much is known about her past, aside from the fact she got trapped in it when she was seven years old and has been stuck there for 15 years since (by what time measurment those years were counted was never made clear). Due to the memory-erasing properties of the realm, she barely remembers anything about her past. Sometimes, she's not even sure if she ever had one at all. And despite the fact she misses her old life dearly, she is TERRIFIED of leaving LP. Not even because of Netrealty, who would, at worst, just put her back in there like nothing happened, but because she knows almost nothing about the outside aside from the fact it's apparently terrible. For that same reason (+ wanting to not be alone again), if anyone else found themself in the realm, she'd do all she can to keep them there.
(By the way, a lot of content from the NU series that I haven't mentioned by now DOES have AD equivalents, but this was already a lot to think out and, frankly, I don't think anyone would want a 1-to-1 counterpart to the series anyways. It's already confusing as is.)
Hello, chat! Decided to draw the true form of one of my favorite EXEs, Exeller! He’s such a goober, honestly (I say, as if he doesn’t kill people). I’m actually relatively proud of how this came out, so I hope you all enjoy it!

I know I'm late... a few years late... but...
I am playing Spirits of Hell right now and it kinda sucks so far, I am mostly chalking it up to the Controls (who the fuck decided using the Arrow Keys instead WASD was a good Idea 🤨) and the Eggman Level. But otherwise the Game is nice so far.
