I didn’t get a ticket in time for the gaffophone concert but here’s some other Gaston related stuff.

They dressed Manneken Pis as Gaston for this weekend and even added the science kit which I think is a nice extra.

The Gaston mural which is of course a perminant feature you may have seen before and my new Gaston baloon with spirou hat lol

Random pictures from Sunday: I kept hearing about this Gaston balloon that was going to be unveiled at the parade and I thought it would be like the Spirou or the Tintin balloons so this was surprising but I suppose it goes with the balloons they were giving out all weekend.

I finally found the Spirou mural! 😍 Then nearly opposite from that I found the Benoît Brisefer one, I then wandered off in some random direction trying to find the way back to the park and came across the Yoko Tsuno mural.

I couln’t really get a good angle on the balloons but I got the Betty Boop one anyway, most of them from my old pictures from 2014 were there (x) minus Garfield and Darth Vader .There were 2 penguins of Madagascar there. I was hoping to get all 4 before I took a picture, but they never did add the other two.

I really liked these Spirou and Fantastio dressed as Lucky Luke characters from one of the comic figure shops.

I made to spiroufest again this year! I’ve been in Belgium since Wednesday mosly spent my time trying to do touristy stuff, getting lost and spending time with my mother’s cousin. It is of course Gaston Lagaffe themed becaus it’s his 60th anniversary and they had a model of his car which you can see. They’re also giving out Gaston baloons I would have taken a pic of mine but it flew away after l left 😂
