Trust. Your. Self. YOUR. SPIRIT. In my shamanic training one of the most important sayings that I have learnt is... What you are calling is also calling you. We can go into the science of like attracts like but at the very basic spiritual essence of it, we can say the experiences on your journey are guided by your soul self which is also wanting to know you. Just as you are longing to hear your true spirit, it is also longing to be heard. Life negating thoughts do not belong to your Soul mind. They are a misrepresentation of the reality of who you are. You are a divine spark of the creator. Therefore, contain infinite possibilites as a birth right. Everyone is seeking joy happiness love abundance. They are all contained within you. Waiting to arise from the golden shadow and be seen. When you are able to find quiet space, preferably in nature, meditation in whatever way works for you. Prayer Meditation can happen with focus. Ensure you know your intention. What question do you need to problem solve on the path towards your greatness? Quietly wait for the answer to arise within and without as you notice the environment around you. As we a connected to tithe Spirit of all things. Your answer may come in unexpected ways. It is important to stay vigilant. And of course when you receive the way forward, the answer, the creative spark from the universal mind. Give thanks. Thank you Spirit.
