Blessed Samhain, everyone! I thought I'd share my Samhain altar for tonight. Well, more than anything, it is an ancestral altar for Día de los Muertos in which I will be adding some additional ofrendas-- or offerings, as it is known in English. This is my modernised, Broke AF Version of an altar in which I left candies & booze from recent spells up until now and some Newport cigs. The coin dish is actually from my BFF's altar which she left there before she moved so I left it on my altar to honour her ancestors and pay my respects to them as well. The candles I have burning have some sugar skulls on it to represent my ancestral spirits and the spirits of loved ones past (since I can't afford the traditional sugar skulls atm). They have been dressed with Blessed oil to bring blessings to my loved ones as they are always in my thoughts and I miss them all dearly.
