Yo most asian grocery stores have miso paste, which u dump into a little bowl, poor boiling water over, stir, and u get miso soup. If u want grab some green onions/spring onions, cut some of the green part up, and put that in. If u really want, get some tofu. Good miso soup’s really easy to make and im surprised most ppl order it all the time when it’s literally as easy to make as tea

Ok full agree abt kpop demon hunters, i appreciate that there is another movie experimenting with different animation styles and i want to keep encouraging that but its most expressive moments were comedic so all the parts that were supposed to be poignant had a really flat affect it was wild

ohh interesting see that wasn’t even what i meant by it, though i can see where you’re coming from there. i liked the animation and it was an enjoyable enough movie, it just feels like 3/4ths of a better movie.

like as in i’m reasonably certain there’s somewhere in the ballpark of 40mins worth of story that got cut, and you can still see the empty spaces where it was supposed to be. rumi’s parents, the seemingly dropped lost voice plotline, the unexplored/underexplored mechanics of how the honmoon actually Works (hinted at near the end by the rainbow honmoon and Jinu Sword) and (maybe a reach) the fact that the tiger and crow don’t seem to have actual names??? all really feel like loose treads left behind by a layer of the narrative that got ripped out for some reason
