I think inkfish Tamagotchis would have nudibranches as the pets!

The news broadcast flickers to life, over 30 minutes late. It is chaotic and loud, as Big Run announcements usually are, but there's something distinctly...wrong.
After a few moments, someone grabs the camera. It's Frye. She looks panicked.
"If you're not workin', get the shell inside! These fish aren't flipping around, guys!"
A muffled scream is heard in the distance. Frye starts abruptly, dropping the camera as she shouts a pathetic little "Shiv-!"
The feed goes dark.
