Incredibly unlikely theory about Side Order release date:
Okay, new splatoon 3 season is called sizzle season.
The first wave of DLC was themed around splatoon 1 and therefore was called fresh season because the squid sisters say “stay fresh.”
The second wave will likely have a splatoon 2 theme and be based around the Off the Hook catchphrase, “don’t get cooked, stay off the hook”
DONT GET COOKED? AS IN…. SIZZLED?
This is probably not when side order is releasing, but it would be really cool if it does happen to release in the middle of the season, and if there are some OtH items revealed to be in the full catalogue
