Happy Father’s day to the dads of Supernatural! I know some of these are up for debate, but I said what I said. Yes, Bobby was the Winchester Father. Yes, Dean was a father figure to Jack. Yes, Castiel was a father to Jack and even Claire. Yes, Sam was a father figure to Jack. Yes, Crowley was even a father. He may not have been a good man on Earth, but he still loved his son. Yes, even Jimmy was a good father. We do not celebrate this love enough. The love of a father for his child is a beautiful bond and we do not talk about them enough. Today we celebrate the fathers who shared their love for their children, biological or not, because one never knows when that love will be cut short by the mortality of a person. Celebrate that love today. You never know how long you have.
