Ok, having watched the episode again, it has to be Gabriel. He talks and acts like Gabriel! I know we didn't see much of actual Loki, but he didn't seem to be like that. The whole glasses and resume thing?! Gabriel.

The snapping. Him snapping that dude away was just like Cas in Changing channels. I have to watch unfinished business again but I don't remember Loki ever snapping.

Also, that video with Rich talking to the gang answers nothing. Jensen didn't know what was happening, and Rich was sorta explaining Gabriel and Loki in Supernatural. So 😅
