my perspective / original reality.
dark, messy hair. trenchcoats. crosses dotted with blood. burnt wings. constant internal screaming / cursing. blank expressions. love i cannot contain. mixtapes. rock and roll. the self hating angel of thursday. rebellion. guilt. envy. curiosity. humanity.
in some universes, i was known as cassiel, ambassador to humanity - not unlike aziraphale from good omens. in some universes, we were one in the same. in some universes, i was a good soldier until the very end of everything. in a few, i fell in love with a demon. in even fewer, i fell in love with a human hunter with severe guilt about everything and a self loathing even i couldn't really compete with.
in just one, i was punished severely, by having my consciousness + vessel severed from my reality, and punted into a string of universes where my life and my fiance's life were nothing but a tv show. and, in that tv show, i went to fucking superhell because i loved him. are you kidding me. are you fucking kidding me.
chuck sent me here as a test, and as a punishment. he wanted to see if he could turn me away from humanity by placing me into a home that seemed loving but was severely broken, in a body that didn't match my mind and a mind that was fractured by mental illness, into a red state in a country that's literally cannibalizing itself.
unfortunately, he's a fucking dumbass. why? because I love humanity even more now that ive lived in their shoes. sure, a lot of realities are cruel, and nasty, and not places you'd want to visit for a fun vacation. but my life here has taught me a lot, and I've made friends that I carry with me in every reality. ive learned about different things i never would have had the opportunity to learn about before, because some of them didn't even exist (in my or, speculative evolution just. didn't exist. all tomorrows was never written. that is a CRIME.) while others were things I just didn't have access to. my life as a human has taught me how to have empathy towards things/people I don't understand, and how to help those I can, even when it seems impossible.
i love humanity even more and, when I get home? im kicking chuck in the nuts.
now, im traveling different realities not just to get home, but to experience even more of humanity, and other species, too. ive developed a lust for learning - all I wanna do is learn. learn about humanity, about different forms of science, about history, about food and water and animals and- jeez, so much. so much. I literally have like, 8 different school realities.
