Yoongi probably had a hand on Hoseok's hair or back, like their having a romantic moment like they were cuddling and Yoongi's stomach began to get upset and growl mad, so Hoseok is hearing inside gently after uncovering the tummy.

Hoseok palms the stomach everywhere posible gently.

"what are you doing?" Yoongi asked looking down. His hand in his bothered chest and abdominal area.
"I want to hear how bad is your tummy. But oh, look at your tummy, love, your tum is distended, it bloated!" Hoseok said cooing sadly.
He places his ear and head over the screaming stomach, he is hearing awful sounds.
Yoongi's cheeks burning red. "Hobi, please don't listen inside of me, is embarrassing my belly must sound so sick.!"
"Oh don't worry Hyung, even like this your tummy is pretty and sounding so cute. Poor of you, let me bring something of medicine, but first, where those the pain is located and what you feel?"
"Upper stomach, and lower belly, like the food is heavy in my chest and stomach like pressure and heart burn, and in the lower area gas. I think is indigestion and excess of gas!" Yoongi says sad.

Yoongi drank the medicine and Hoseok kept or rubbing his sore abdomen all night long, while they cuddle and fall asleep like that inside the bed. The stomach more quiet and less angry.
