I dig these Squats because I have an L5/S1 disc herniation and heavy posterior loads aren't the best for my back all the time. This move also requres me to engage my entire midsection to assure that I will not reinjure myself. Tag someone you know who might have a back injury that has done rehab without any surgeries, meds or injections. I refused all of them and I am doing amazing with it! I could barely walk 2 years ago.
