Gripsling And Kettlebell Get Ups This Gripsling is a seriously wonderful piece of equipment. Took it with me to Houston, TX. I can get things as unorthodox and unstable as possible. Keeping that kettlebell from swinging around is pretty challenging. This move requires so much focus to stabilize everything. I found it more challenging for me than Turkish get ups with Just a Kettlebell (which happen to be super tough in the first place). I will definitely have to revisit and refine these.
