Spooky!Kid lore post: This is only the damn beginning-

Kid has three roommates in a single, rundown apartment, ordered by his boss. While it's less than savory to share a space with the other three, it's all they were offered.

Even that is terrible.

Diablo may bark like he runs the show, it is actually his unintroduced "frienenemy" Silver. Concepts below:

Silver is the gang's mechanic and keeps stocks of everything they need at the ready. He also gives Kid their assignments and hits. Yet, he seems kind of... nice, compared to the others.

He keeps track of at least everything not destroyed or lost from the original setup before moving in.

Not WHO.

Diablo is the worst to room with. Fuel stains on the new carpet, loud af snoring, constant trash everywhere. His twin sister Nyra is not but the same. She is less worse because at least she helps keep it clean... every so often.

Then there's Diablo being a total asshole. He keeps a "curfew" for Kid's days off and completely disobeys them himself as he locks Kid out. Sure, the windows would be a useful way in, but even those are nailed shut for the criminals in the area.

And they HATE trying to negotiate the terms. Not even the building manager was kind enough to keep a spare key for him.

It ended up with Kid stashing money, some from his hits, into his pockets and using it for a cheap hotel night or... their newly built rooftop nest.

While it isn't the best, it is to Kid.

Photos, blanket, pillow, and much more hidden and locked in the cooler. Fairy lights draped all over the place. A bucket for drips.

Yeah... Kid didn't like it, but it would have to do.

Besides... it's a good place they'll remember easily.

...Memory lost or not.
