Bat - What’s your favorite creature associated with Halloween?

Bat are high up there but black cats take the peak. I'm normally more of a dog person than a cat person (love both) but specifically black cats win over specifically during Halloween.

Hello! I've been writing a multichap fic based on a number of prompts from Spooky Week. However, the chapters don't necessarily go in the same order as the prompts that inspired them. Is it okay to post the chapters one by one throughout the week, even though they won't necessarily correspond to the prompts for each day, or would it be more appropriate to post the full thing on the final day of Spooky Week? (Hope this ask makes sense, I'm sorry if it isn't clear!)

It's completely all right to post them one by one throughout the week!

I would, however, find it greatly helpful if somewhere in the description or author's note it is noted which prompts have been used for the fic. This goes for any fan content that is utilising multiple prompts - having which ones laid out clearly would help me greatly with tagging them when I reblog event fills here :)

The separation of prompts by day in the navigation section of this blog is mostly for organisational reasons, so that people who want to find fan content based on specific prompts can do so without hassle. Your fic would be tagged with multiple days, corresponding to the prompts it uses, and as such would appear in multiple tags - the same for any event fill that is based on multiple days' prompts.

Having it front and centre which prompts you're using - whether you're using multiple or only one - makes it easier both for me as an event runner, and for others as people who are seeking to appreciate content and may be looking for (or likewise avoiding) specific prompt fills.

I wish you the best of luck with your fic, and the same goes for anyone who is creating fan content for this event week :D

Oooo horror is… not my thing. 😅 Buuuuuuuuuut I definitely like the analogue horror series Local 58 on YouTube, and if Coraline counts as a horror movie I like it?

Never actually been to a real haunted house, but I’ve liked the spooky funhouses I’ve been to!

I was looking at the photos and I think I can say that one that was very simple as dead girl 😆 with an old nightgown stained, my hair tousled, makeup to look paler and haggard with fake blood 🤣

Would you spend the week at a haunted hotel with Bucky or would you be in the basement doing a seance with Bucky?

I'm going with seance with this, nonnie. I am a personal who believes in the supernatural and it gives me an excuse to hold Bucky's hand. 😉

Staying in a haunted hotel with him would be fun, but a week is a quite the length of time if the place is truly haunted. Maybe a night or a weekend.

with the spooky season coming up, and since I'm totally taken with Fiama and bruno.. Imagine taking bruno trick or treating?? my heart can barely handle the thought :')

Bruno would be delighted. He loves Halloween and he's Newman's number 3 fan (Livvy and Mom are n1 and n2). He would beg Fiama and Newman to wear costumes too and I can see Fiama giving in if Newman accepts.

Bruno would also tell "scary" stories about the houses they visit, about the park, and about other people's costumes (they totally aren’t people, they’re real monsters and ghouls).

Fiama watches Newman bonding with her kid and smiles softly. She's happy because she knows how taken with Newman Bruno is. She entwines her fingers with Newman's and whispers that she's having a blast before giving them a peck on the cheek.

Gothic - Vlad the Impaler for sure. Why I was always so interested / curious about his story? I don’t know. (Of course not condoning or glorifying any actions of anyone here)

Skeleton - good one, I had to think a moment bc I’m a horror fan, so I’m often searching for “the scare” but, one thing they totally creeps me out and will make the hair on my arms stand up is creepy old dolls. Especially if there are a bunch in one room. 😭

(Me to creepy dolls, but not really, I don’t even want to touch them)
