i'm accidentally taking a leaf out of hannah and raven's book and using 'later' as a polite way to say IT'S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN EVER BUT LET'S GET YOUR HOPES UP FOR IT TO HAPPEN ANYWAYS
I have cried for more characters and more stories than I can remember. I have sat on buses and trains and in classrooms and restaurants with tears streaming down my face and my nose running... I have read books I felt were masterpieces and books that just pleased me... But this, this has me absolutely undone. This was my first fanfic and I haven't quite finished it, but it was a worthy thing.
I have loved Destiel for a long time, before I'd ever even heard "Destiel." I had resisted reading fanfics because I had no one to share my happiness, sadness, and fangirlness with and I didn't need to be weirder than the people I knew already thought I was. But, reading Twist and Shout, I have loved Destiel more than ever. I have hated Dean more than I thought I could because he crushed my beloved Cas. And I have cried for real, not just tears and a runny nose; my eyes were blinded with tears, my nose ran, and a sobbed aloud as I went through this story. It was beautiful and painful and sweet.
Thank you to Raven and Hannah for writing this. You have taken my fanfic cherry and it was painful and pleasant as all first times ought to be. This has been something I will never forget.

spookypooper answered your question: I haven't heard anyone saying anything negative about 'Twist and Shout'
hey it’s ok to not like it! there are plenty of books i don’t like and fics i don’t like either, and i wrote the damn thing :)
Having read the fic now, I can honestly say you did a good job with it, though this definitely wasn't something I should've read just now.
But kudos, my dear writer. Kudos.
