Check out my ice pack I made!! I took a pair of my old socks and put peppermint oil on one sock (the inside sock) , and ucolyptus oil on the outside sock : to clear sinuses and lungs. Then I put the peppermint sock inside the ucolyptus sock. Then I poured rice in through a funnel. I tied off the end with a rubberband. Then I put a cute hairbow over the rubberband. All done, pop it in the freezer or microwave for a lil bit and use!! ❤😍❤👌🦄🦄🦄 #spoonieswag #spooniesforlife #icepack #pinkbows #pink #unicorn
