The Overtime Sports Group (OTSG) is a Sports agency ran by three young men from Benedictine High School and one from Glenville. Their names are Tyshawn Goolsby (21), Micah Holmes (19), Jospeh Herriott (20), and Reggie Flowers (19). They started the agency idea about two or three years ago but put it into a solid plan a year ago. As a collective they look and scout college football players to see who has the most talent or brightest future. Overtime they want to expand to looking at basketball players and other sports as well. They find clients by networking and from just being friends with the athletes. The athletes may have met OTSG at their own football game, or maybe even class considering the OTSG members are all college students. When asked who do they look up to locally and nationally they all agreed and said,”Kelton Crenshaw, Jacques Evans, Rich Paul, Klutch Sports Group, Eighty81, and Roc Nation Sports” and when asked why their response was “These are people who have made it out their predicament doing something they love.” As a whole their inspirations are wanting the best for their family and themselves. Also OTSG said,”Growing up in Cleveland people on the outside do not see much here, and often overlook our city. Cleveland is the home of amazing talents, and thinkers. Our inspiration is to come together to show the impact that four young men from Cleveland, can have on the world.” Which is really powerful and if they keep that attitude I don’t see them slowing down with their success anytime soon. When asked where do they see themselves in five to 10 years these guys would like to have several clients under their belt and guiding them to the best deals possible, and would like to have the same push they have now so they can be mentioned with the top agencies. Also since its four of them they would to have a headquarter in Cleveland since this is home but maybe have a location somewhere else as well. I think they make up a great group of sports marketers/agents seeing how they have a history in sports and their networking skills are all great.
