Contraption Maker - Free Buy Weekend

Just a heads-up if you’re looking to maybe flex some brain muscles this weekend (or at any point in the future, really.) Spotkin, creators of Contraption Maker, have announced that the game will be free for purchase all weekend long. Just check out this webpage, shoot them an e-mail address and receive a key for the non-Steam version of the game.

Contraption Maker is the spiritual successor to the classic early 90s Sierra sandbox/puzzle games of The Incredible Machine series. This game and those earlier titles are both the products of the same person, Jeff Tunnell. Although I haven’t installed Contraption Maker yet, I do own it (on Steam) and memories of The Incredible Machine alone are enough for me to recommend trying this, especially since you can’t beat the asking price.
