SPRING is in the AIR...
What a sunshiney perfect weather spring day!! I left work at 1:45 p.m. to make it home to receive the delivery of our new washer and dryer (thanks awesome landlord!) and then wait for the install guy to come and put it in. Surprisingly, that took the entire time from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. I was hoping the install would take only 20 minutes and I’d have the entire time “off” at home. Alas.
While I was waiting for the install guy to arrive I made a low carb wrap for lunch which filled me up much more than I expected. After the w/d was installed and Kevin came home we went out on a walk!! Check out all those happy flowers!! It was a short walk because Kevin’s feet were hurting but it was nice to get outside and enjoy the weather and get some increased activity in.
When we came home we tried out this new (to us) dinner from Costco and omg I swear I licked as much of this delicious sauce as I could out of the container and bowl. My total carbs for the day are 10 over my goal but not bad for getting back on track. At least my calories are in check. Now to make sure I don’t eat anything else the rest of the night.

Spring time
Spring is such a beautiful thing. The days slowly get longer and Mr. Sun shows his shining face more often. The trees bloom and flowers grow. It’s truly marvelous and I believe it shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Snow Sadness
the snow is stopping the beautiful weather so lets plan and get ready for the spring. Go inside of you closest and empty out all the winter clothes and bring out the pretty spring clothes that we all been waiting for. So instead of sitting around with sadness let's clean clean clean and get ready for the spring!!!!!!!!
