Spring’s Welcome.

For this piece I tried to push a mixture of different styles, the overall theme was kimono. Inspired by Persephone, I wanted to capture the dawn/sunset/coming of a new day, with flowers flowing from the kimono, she brings Spring across the skies above the clouds.
It was for the Animaga drawing competition, I didn’t win, buuutttt, I’m happy that I actually finished a picture more than anything. I’m thankful for all the people who supported me through it, promise I will try harder to improve!
Today marks one week of Spring here in Aussieland hehe.
