and i hate that it’s written “current vampire” 

it seems that saying so they do suggest that in the future there will be a similar scene but with Angel ... again I know, I'm doing paranoia, but it’s NOT fair and I also know that it is better to have all PDAs and Spuffy's cuteness that we  see right now then the abomination with Angel ( that only the Bangel love so much , unlike all the others, even those who are not Spuffy shippers) induced by the magic , so unreal.

( clearly and without misunderstanding whatsoever as saying at death, so that no one has anything to claim that it's not a true ILY  and  all the Spuffy shippers know too well what I mean )

Buffy 10x20 Review by Kiki May

Okay, first thing first: how can anybody could possibly think of this issue (Triggers) as if it's only fanservice? SERIOUSLY?? The *Seeing Red problem* was hanging there since the end of S6 and not even once they tried to address it properly. There are bits and pieces during S7 and while I love the nebulosity of the whole thing (Because, really, how can you talk about certain traumas? It's really hard and it takes a lot of time and therapy and Buffy had neither) I think that Whedon just went big and than dropped the ball, because it was too fucked up even for the Buffyverse. Thing is: Angelus already was a mortal and sexual danger for Buffy. He tried to kill her and he bit her and he was very nasty with his victims which lead to a question: if Buffy wasn't that strong, that lucky ... We saw what happened to Dru and there's rape involved. But some of us can wipe it off because with Bangel everything was metaphorical and unreal, in a certain way. When Whedon decided to "say goodbye to Monsieur Metaphor" he made it impossible for himself to get back there and so he had to explain the whole "soul quest" 353 times, because people were still skeptical at Spike. Plus he never addressed this issue, this giant elephant in the room, during both S8 and S9, so excuse me if I think that it's important - crucial - for Buffy and Spike to talk about the attempted rape and to start working on their issues. And it's good that it was done nicely, with Buffy asking for her space and talking about her feelings. I think that it's believable that Buffy wouldn't see the attempted rape as the worst thing ever, but just ONE of the worst things ever. She died twice, she had to kill the man she loved, she experienced depression, betrayal, abandonement, sexual assault more than once, she was shot ... she went through a lot of shit. The bathroom experience is just another shitty brick in the shitking wall of her life. Does this girl is capable of discerning what she needs and what she doesn't? I think so.

Buffy and Spike have something real and beautiful and while S6 was a clusterfuck (A very enjoyable one, but still) and their past is just something they have to deal with. I think they are doing it very good for now and I hope they get the happy ending they deserve, although I know it won't happen. Whedon.

DOUBLE STANDARD SUCK , all Spuffy shippers ♥ out there know it too well considering  the topic, , and I hate people that act like that ( cough Bangel cough , almost everyone of them ie 99% of the people out there)

Hate is a strong word , better saying that I feel pity for their little minds and hearts

Simply they don’t get it .... and many of them  DON’T WANT to get it !!!! because the truth hurts and so hide their heads in the sand !!!!

Which means, as soon as it happens you’re bored. Riley, you know he was a well-adjusted person who loved her in a much, much healthier way than the other two guys. Nobody wants to see that. With Buffy and Spike, they had a real Beatrice and Benedick kind of relationship, in “Much Ado About Nothing”. I think with the wedding, she would have tried to do something fast, but he would have made it elaborate and done everything wrong. It would have been extraordinarily counter-intuitive, and awesome! My comment:

Much Ado About Nothing is one my pref Shakespeare's plays ..or perhaps is my favorite... far better than Romeo and Juliet, that's for sure ... and also the characters .. Romeo and Juliet a teenage love where everything is idealized and emphasized ... and leads to death ... (same thing when Buffy said to Angel that being with him .. made her want to die) while Beatrice and Benedick is a more mature love ..., certainly not adolescent (like Buffy Spike is that in addition to being lovers, they are companions, friends, partners, etc., where THERE 'S CONFIDENCE / TRUST , where you see all the flaws and everyone knows each other , from darkest part to the more solar, and where no one idealizes the other .. and anyway Buffy after returning from Paradise, season 6, said that the only thing that made her feel alive was Spike ...) 

 SORRY for my english, i hope that i've explained
