Jack Bristow (Alias)
The relationship between Jack and Sydney might have been my favorite relationship on Alias. They grew so much from the beginning to the end of show. Jack loved his daughter so much, but in the early episodes he struggled with expressing that love to her. I was thinking about Jack and Sydney in relation to my latest favorite father/daughter (actual or surrogate) pairing, Red and Liz on Blacklist. It occurred to me that four seasons in Red still hasn’t said “I love you,” to Liz. I’m wondering when we’re going to hit that milestone with them. After all, Liz has said it to Red, right before she faked her death.
