An NCIS rant
It's been weeks since Ziva David's last episode and truth be told, I am yet to even download the episodes that came after. I'm still going to keep on supporting NCIS, of course, but I just think that maybe I need a little break. What happened in the last episode broke Tony, and I felt that because Ziva's decision broke me too. I am still an emotional wreck and the scar that that episode left me still stings whenever anyone mentions anything related to NCIS. Then I start seeing Michael's tweets about how he misses Cote, everyone suddenly decides to make beautifully tragic Tiva and NCIS family gifs, Tiva fanfics, and lastly the news about a woman named Emily officially """REPLACING""" Ziva David. And IT ALL JUST MAKES EVERYTHING HURT EVEN MORE. I STILL don't understand why the NCIS writers decided to choose that ending plot over a LOT of other possible creative plots. We all KNOW that Cote De Pablo has to leave, it hurts us to accept the fact that it was HER decision but it was and okay, we get that but why did she HAVE to leave like THAT? I mean, who'd get hurt with a few mentions of Ziva and Tony's dinner every other episodes, or Abby and Ziva's sleep overs or Ziva and Tony's visits to Gibbs house for a drink, hell, we'd even settle for Tony's 2 minute call with Ziva in the squadroom before an episode starts but no, the writers chose to make Tony's character CRY and HUG HIMSELF TO SLEEP and the others do not even MENTION Ziva's name and it's just all fucking bullshit that I can't fucking take this anymore.
Are we going to talk about the guy behind Fin who is breaking it down right along with them?
