Here is the beaded bow tie I made using square stitch. It's a red and black flannel pattern because I'm a butch lesbian. There are approximately 2,600 beads, and it took me over 20 hours to make. Ignore the healing paper cut on my thumb lol.

Don't think I posted this here! Here was my first big beading project that I completed last summer. It's 20 different colors, and a portrait necklace of my girls!

White and rainbow houndstooth beaded bowtie made by me. I used the square stitch to make a 25 × 49 rectangle, cinched it in the middle, and sewed it together so that it would stay in place. Then I made a 3 × 24 rectangle and joined it around the middle. Lastly, I slipped a thin necklace band through the loop.

I made a gunmetal gray bracelet with a red stripe and a black stripe in the middle using the square stitch.
