Finished January for Squateggedon!

Rode the bus to a school event today and then rode my bike the rest of the way fron the stop. 3 miles round trip. My quads could barely do it :-( lucky for me it is a sqateggedon rest day! I felt like a wimp, but I was also crunched for time so had to ride a little fast. Also at the event there was pizza and chips amd cookies and beer. I had everything, but I didn't let myself go crazy. I could've eaten a whole pizza but just had 2 pieces. So I'm proud of myself. :-) overall a good day!
On track
for squateggedon! 105 today. Whew!
Yoga and Squateggedon
I did 4 sun salutations, some basic stretches like cobra and cat/camel, leg lifts, and I'm on track for squateggedon! Good morning :-)
