Posting today's workout because today I reached a milestone. I finally squatted 225lbs, it felt amazing to finally put two 45s on each side of that bar. It also felt great when the guy that was squatting next to me came over and told me how happy he was to see someone else squatting ass to grass and gave me props.
After the squats I was dripping sweat, out of breath, and wobbly. After the dead-lifts I was dripping sweat, out of breath, and so close to passing out that I had to hang on to the wall. If that's not a great work out, I don't know what else. I had a great work out, got a haircut, and I'm looking good tonight, I feel fantastic right about now.
