Has anyone done a welcome to nightvale but with stranger things crossover yet? Purely cuz of the The squawk radio.

Like if robins hosting then Steve’s doing the sound effects (or whatever their job is) I’m just picturing nightvale esq shenanigans.

Such as:

- demo packs locations

- petty gossip fueled by Steve from his king Steve days (he gotta have connections for rumours)

- Hawkins events (and the rift updates)

I haven’t listened to nightvale for a hot minute but I can see it so clearly and it’s such a silly idea I swear

The squawk radio for stranger things is giving welcome to night vale uncanny vibes. Like, much softer, but it's the same "why, everything is normal in our eldritch town! don't think about the weird monsters! all is good!" although maybe a better comparison would be the rival town to night vale, dessert bluffs.

Fun stuff; also I wonder if there's some place people are gathering all the little hints and Easter eggs that's giving 🤔

I’m FREAKING out abt the possible soundtrack

So I’m listening to the squawk playlist all through before analyzing the songs individually and,I know this has nothing to do with the theories, but like half of these ARE LITERALLY SOME OF MY FAVORITE SONGS

The possibility of a lot of these getting in the actual soundtrack is making me so fkn excited, like especially if the get paired WITH COOL SCENES

And obviously I’m discovering even more good songs
