Got to witness a furry neighbor moving into our cedar tree! Watch him build his nest🥺❤️

Live Thor reaction:
These sweet squirrels built themselves a nest on an apartment window ledge. What a great incentive to turn off the TV and just observe...’life’.

Day 9: Nest
Angry little bear.
[ID: Two photographs, showing a nest of twigs and branches in the fork of a tree trunk and a branch. with a grey squirrel poking its head out of the opening in the center. The second picture zooms in to show the squirrel’s face more clearly among the twigs and leaves. End ID.]
Observation link, from Joseph Tribble Park, in Savannah, Georgia, 1/24/22!
I watched this squirrel climb up the tree with leaves in its mouth, which made a lot of noise and was the only reason I knew it was there. Then it perched on the straight branch for a few seconds, then dove in here and watched me from inside.
This is the first time I’ve ever found a squirrel’s nest, and now that I know where it is, I hope I’l be able to see baby squirrels when it gets warmer!
