so, I was tagged by keloid-mind-in-paradise, who is awesome, by the way...

Do you enjoy your job (or education, if you are a student)? Yes, I do! For the most part it's very rewarding though I did not expect the amount of paperwork that goes with doing therapy for a County agency.

Look at the colour of your shirt; does it correspond to your mood the moment you put it on today? Yes. I am wearing black and beige... neutral colors:)

That song that has been on your mind because of that person. What is that song? Um... I have been listening to 'Shot at the Night' by the Killers a lot, but just because I like it haha.

Think back to the last time you had a major fight with someone. Was it worth it to yell? Did it even help? Major fight, huh? Probably a while back, and yes it was worth it to yell, I rarely do. It helped me release some of the emotions I was holding back that wouldn't have come out otherwise. 

Cream or cookie on the oreo? Cookie because chocolate:)

Do you believe in the internal locus of control or external locus of control? (control your own ends versus ‘fate’, respectively) I guess both are often at work... not sure if I need to elaborate on this one.

If you had the power to end one thing ending in -ism,what would it be? (Autism, racism, sexism, elitism, etc) My first thought was capitalism hahaha but I think I may need to revisit this one.

Estimate the number of pages in the last series you have read to completion; what is it? (web or print) I don't know... series? Probably 2,000 pages? Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series?

Someone you find incredibly beautiful makes eye contact with you and smiles, holding it for a few seconds. What do you do, and why? Um... I usually react like a middle school girl which means smiling shyly and looking down/away. 

You are handed two plane tickets to anywhere you desire, for four weeks, with no job or school repercussions. Where, who with, and why? I would go to Europe and visit Italy, France, England, and probably circle back to Spain. I would go with my husband, my little sister, and a couple of good friends. I have been wanting to go to Europe for the longest time!

Cheque el "nuevo" Google. Es interesante este trend de hacer que todos los programas actuales se vean como hace 30 años (en 8bits, como juegos de SNES, o corriendo en DOS). ¿Acaso detecto cierta nostalgia? Ciertamente esas épocas pasaron demasiado rápido. Tanto que a lo mejor fué más lo que se especuló que se iba a alcanzar que lo que realmente se alcanzó a nivel tecnología vs sociedad. Creo que por ahi debe ir explicación a esto... No, this isn’t the latest Google Doodle celebrating the anniversary of DOS.

Instead, it’s an imagining of what Google would look like if it was invented circa 1986. The design, by Squirrel-Monkey.com, has been kicking around for a few months, but an Austrian web design firm called Mass:Werk has created an actual working search engine that simulates the experience of “logging on” via a low-powered computer of the time.

The reason for the project remains unclear, but if the firm is simply trying to draw international attention, it has succeeded.

The site is the latest in a mini-trend: “What if X Was Invented in X?” So far we have seen Facebook recast as a 90s AOL competitor and Twitter as a 1980s BBS. (See gallery below.)
