AHRIGHT time for another SRW OG Banpresto Original its the ASHSAVIOUR! (Yes, localized with a u in the spelling) While I think this is a really weirdly niche unit to get a kit before not just lots of other OG bots but its immediate brethren from SRW A... I also appreciate when stuff like that gets kits. Obviously the most popular stuff sells the best and therefore provides the most return to Bandai, but you gotta throw a bone to all the other cool designs that've been pumped out over the years.
Ashsaviour, a fairly basic gundam-like unit, is rendered here in solid HG alongside its other OG siblings, a nice size, good and chunky, with what I refer to as "specialty high grade" design/engineering. Basically more then your average gundam HG, but less then a full mechanics? If that makes sense. So you get HG amounts of stickers for color fixing then you would find on a MG or RG, which is really one of the only sticking points I ever tend to have with these kits. The yellow sticker for the raised circular sides of the head kinda sucked to try and apply, don't look too close. But overall I cannot really complain because I never thought we'd get an ongoing SRW OG line of kits, especially in this specialty HG style. No picture of the bot on the shelf with the others because that shelf is too full now, and I probably am gonna take them all out and see if I can come up with a new arrangement.
Enjoy the cool Sword Breaker funnels! They physically hit shit as well as shooting lasers! Objectively superior funnel weapons.
