Okay here's a crack concept I was having fun with: While everyone in Smash knows about Sephiroth no one really knows him, except Cloud, so he shocks and kinda scares everyone by behaving perfectly civil and even maybe polite most of the time, nerding about swords with the other characters etc. EXCEPT when Cloud or Jenova is concerned, then it's like a switch flips and he starts behaving like in AC or the Remake, saying ominous and weirdass oneliners that make everyone, including Cloud, cringe.
