I've had a thought. So we know how much of a twisted person All for One is, Just look at anything he does, but there is almost always a method to the madness with the villain. So I was thinking, if (And I believe he is) All for One is Hisashi, what is so special about Inko?Obvious aside, She looks like Nana Shimura. All Might made the comparison, what if All for One did as well. It started off as a little fun, but becomes something more. I'm running out of characters so I'll leave this as is for
Well, we kinda speculate some things in regards to that honestly.
The first one would be is that, it would be possible because Inko looked like Nana or have similarities on her.
The second one however because it sticks to the theme of their quirk or the attraction of said quirks or personalities. For example…
Mitsuki and Masaru’s quirk are related to sweat. Glycerin and Oxidizing Sweat.
Then we got Hagakure’s family as you can see here, that they are invisible.
Then we already know Endeavor and Rei which have temperature control kind of theme.
Then we get to see Jirou’s parents that loves music. The list goes on.
So what would All for one and Inko have in common?
This are my thoughts.
First is,They have an attraction kind of theme. All for one is attracted to quirks, since he loves quirks to the point he went full on nerd on Kamino where he combined said quirks to get a good combo attack on all might while Inko has a quirk that is ‘attracting small objects’ that attracts small object as we can see on the first chapter and also some other times where she uses her quirks on the dishes and stuff
Second, Both Inko and All for one treat their family members more of a restrained kind of love. To the point of crippling them and not letting them go.
We all know in chapter 193 that All for one put his brother in a vault (due to reason we have not yet known on why he would go in lengths on putting him in the vault of all places) and how he loves him because he is family afterall, even if he fights for what is right or what he believes in, to the point that All for one had go and beyond to find a quirk for him that is suited for his little brother just to get him under control.
Then we got to see Inko in chapter 96, where btw, still today, she doesn’t approve of Izuku going to U.A but no matter what Inko decide, Izuku will still and always go to U.A no matter what her decisions will be.
Inko is a good mom but not really great in my opinion and also really too restrained when it comes to Izuku. To the point where she always reminded of Izuku that he is quirkless from time to time stated in the light novel. Where Izuku already admitted to the light novel that he already accepted that fact a long time ago but still reminded him of that fact.
Inko admitted in Chapter 97 that she is considered as a helicopter parent looking after her quirkless child, yet to the point she sees being ‘quirkless’ like a bad disability that Izuku must be protected.
The overprotectiveness is suffocating just like how All for one treats his brother.
